Like all other businesses, Outsourced technical support, catering to any industry must be treated like your child. Customers come to you for the fact that they do not have either time or resources to manage their IT infrastructure, hence a technical support company must be taken serious in every aspect.

Many a time we find that there are new companies budding up like mushrooms and not so far from their start date, they vanish in to thin air. Well,this basically happens due to lot of factors.

Primarily ,a technical support company becomes successful or unsuccessful due to the nature of its internal team work. There has to be a pool of talent to provide the support required for the customers, which is usually absent in a startup company, probably due to the lack of principle or due to something popularly called as one man show .

Secondly, the growth of a company depends on its varied client base. A 24/7 support company must have pool of clients , both big and small , who would generate the right balance for the company stability. Most startup companies lose their grip, because either they are dependent on a single client or because they target huge companies with inadequate talent pool or infrastructure.

Thirdly, the services offered by the company must be distinct and should stand out of the rest of the companies out there and you must have proper systems in place to manage the different services offered.
